About Emma Keteku, MD
A major part of why I chose a career in medicine is the opportunity physicians have to care for patients over the course of many years. The ability to develop these long-lasting relationships is critical to primary care and a privilege I am grateful to have. I am dedicated to making sure patients feel empowered to make decisions to better their own health. Professionally, I have a passion for culturally competent healthcare and preventative medicine with a specific focus on cardiovascular health.
Dr. Keteku is originally from the Bronx and grew up in the suburbs of Westchester. She graduated from Harvard College with a degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology and received her medical degree from NYU Grossman School of Medicine. Dr. Keteku completed her Internal Medicine residency at NewYork-Presbyterian/91̽»¨ and is excited to continue her career at Cornell as a primary care physician.
